Parent/Child Movement Classes:  These classes are for children from 1-3 years old, and a parent must attend class with the child. Each class is 45 minutes long and the main purpose is socialization and exercise with other children. Activities include hand-eye coordination, games, music, free exploration time, as well as beginner gymnastics skills.

Pre-School Movement Classes: These classes break down into three groups based on age. We offer classes for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. Children are placed according to their age in September. Each class is 45 minutes long and children attend independently. The class incorporates music, cooperative games, movement activities, and gymnastics skills on all the apparatus.

Boys/Girls Classes: These classes start at age 5 and continue through the teen years. Boys and girls are divided according to their ability. Classes are one hour-long. Skills are taught on all of the Olympic event apparatus, as well as the trampoline and include tumbling.

Open Gym: This is held on Friday nights from 7-9pm. It is for students and non-students ages 5+. Open Gym is a time to practice skills learned in class and is completely supervised by Head Over Heels Staff.
