Programs

Parent Child Class:

16 months-2 years old

45 minutes long

Parent must attend class with the child.

Allows children to explore and have fun with a variety of movements; spinning, jumping, and swinging to develop coordination, balance, motor skills, and build self-confidence.


Pre-School Movement Classes:

3 to 4 years old

45 minutes long

Pre-School classes incorporate music, cooperative games, movement activities, and beginner gymnastics stations on all apparatus to develop beginner gymnastics skills along with body awareness and control.


Recreational Classes:

4 year olds+

1 hour to 1 1/2 hours long

Ideal for students who want to learn more detailed gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor and vault while still having fun and movement.


Boys Flips For Fun:

Boys ages 5 to 10 can join this class for work on skills, tumbling, rings, bars and rope, along with obstacle course fun and special game activities that keep them engaged and moving.


Intermediate Classes:

Ages Adv.4+

1 hour to 1 1/2 hours long

Intermediate classes are designed to advance basic gymnastic skills on all events.


Advanced Classes:

Ages 6+

1 to 2 hours long

Skills are taught on all events. Students are taught to apply their advanced skills in a progressional routine manner, while in a positive, informative environment.


Fitness & Floor:

All Ages

1 hour or 1 1/2 hours

For students who want to work tumbling skills at their own pace while remaining in a class setting. Fitness is incorporated in a positive manner to allow students to develop the strength to perfect their tumbling skills.


Open Gym:

Regular Open Gym is on Friday Evenings and Saturday Mornings.

Open gym is a great time to practice skills learned in class or work individually. It is completely supervised by Head Over Heels Staff.

Home School Open Gym: Wednesday's 10-12p.

Teen Open Gym: Tuesday 7-8p.
