Thank you to everyone who has supported our gym this past season. The accomplishments of each and every child has been outstanding. The self-confidence, pride, and self-esteem cannot be measured. Skills have been mastered, muscles have grown, and friends have been made.

I reflect on the past years of Head Over Heels, and watch and smile as we have evolved into one large community family, everyone helping and supporting each other. Such a great feeling. You should all be very proud.
I am excited to say your support has allowed us to start our 20th year of business on July 1, 2015.
I cannot wait to see the successes in the years to come.

Classes start the week of June 22nd, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Open Gym will remain on Friday nights from 6:30p to 8:30p and Saturday mornings from 9a to Noon !
Give us a call if you are interested in a summer camp. 6 or more kids and the camp will run.
The Fall Schedule is complete and classes are starting to fill. Ask us about recommendations for your child.
And Something New………
On Monday nights starting on June 29th at 6pm we will be running an 8 week Strength & Fitness Challenge open to anyone looking to gain muscle, lose weight or just strengthen and tone. Kristen Markowski and I will be hosting this challenge, promoted by ViSalus body by Vi.
The cost to join the 8 weeks is free, just bring your goals and watch them happen.
Each week will bring a fun weekly challenge, along with local and team support to keep us focused.
We will be modifying recipes to make them more nutritional and healthy.
We will create our own personal inspirational quotes to share with the ViSalus Team.
We will work fitness at your comfort level, modifying each station of the circuiit for your personal success.
Prizes given each week as challenge bonuses.
Meal planning and helpful charts will be given out.
We will share a shake at the end of each class.
Week 9 we will have a Success Party!
