NEWS & NOTES FOR SEPTEMBER 2011

Thanks to everyone for a wonderful open house.  The Mill River Cheerleaders were awesome, and very excited.  What a treat for our little gymnasts to be part of side line cheers and stunting.  Continual congratulations to Rachel Montross and Leslie Hixon who will be making their way to the Macys Day Parade this Thanksgiving.  We will continue to have the donation container on our counter for the next week to help them out with expenses along their way.  Thanks to all who contributed thus far.

Gymnastics classes will begin next week Tuesday, September 6th.  The regular Monday class will begin on September 12th.  Give us a call before all classes fill.

For those who are interested in Mike Lannon’s Elite Class on Monday nights from 6:30 to 7:30  pm, please come in, fill out the registration forms and drop a deposit to hold your spot.  Only 2 more spots are available.

The final Fall Schedule is attached.  Take a look as we have added a new Tramp & Tumble for 5 to 8 year olds on Wednesdays at 4pm and also a 4/5 level 1 class on Fridays at 4pm.  Amy Lewis will be here starting next week to talk with everyone about her new personal training / fitness classes she will be holding in the studio room, (weather permitting, of course).

We are very excited to be starting our fall session and are looking forward to seeing everyone again, along with the making of some new friends.  Please note:  OPEN GYM will move back to Friday nights as of September 9th from 7pm to 9pm.

Keep your emails open for our calendar of events that we are working on, including Home School Open Gyms, Weekend Skill Clinics and Fun Fitness Classes for Adults and more.  As those dates and times are locked in the schedule, we will forward them to you.

And finally, a special note to all who have suffered a hardship thru the storm Irene.  You are all in our prayers and hope you remain safe and healthy thru the rebuilding process.  Please know you only need to send a request to us here at the gym and we will work our hardest to help you out.  For those that are already registered and those that can not get here to register, please talk to me when you can make your way to the gym.  We will work this out for your children and for you.  Lots of options.

Everyone have a safe and healthy weekend.  Enjoy our nice sunshine while it is here.
