NEWS & NOTES FOR SEPTEMBER
We are now in our 3rd week of the Fall Session and classes are looking great. Our ½ hour Skill Clinic Class at 5pm has been producing awesome results. For those that are not familiar with what it is, here is a brief description. Between the 4pm and the 5:30 classes on Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri we are having a half hour Skill Clinic which focuses on a different set of skills each week. Students at the end of the 4pm class can stay another half hour and students coming in for the 5:30 class can come early to attend. The class can be paid in full for the 12 week session as an hour and a half class (or prorated for those classes left) or students can drop in for specific skills they are trying to master for a $7 fee. The 12 week outline for the skills is:

Week #12 Review of Past Skill Clinics (What do you want to work on)
Please note: The Thursday 4pm Class is full. Please talk to us if this class is of interest so we can place you into another class of appropriate skill level.
New students are still welcome to join class. Prices will be prorated based on the number of classes left in the 12 week session. Give us a call to see which class is appropriate.
Amy Lewis was here last week talking with everyone about her survey and just what classes are requested and on what days. She is compiling her information and will be here again this week Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 5:30 pm to talk to anyone interested in fitness, Zumba, Breathing & Stretching, Full Body Conditioning, and more. The survey is pasted below for your convenience. It can be printed out in hard copy and dropped off at the gym or copy and pasted back into a reply email. Amy is looking to start her classes in early October so get your requests in to make sure your particular classes are offered.
